I grow cannabis for rest, health, and consciousness. I grow with the sun, the soil, and the slow rhythm of Ramasedi. I don’t grow for the market or the hype. I grow to restore us—our bodies, our minds, our dignity.
But I can’t do this alone.

I’m looking for someone who holds people the way I hold plants. Someone gifted with molomo—a warm mouth, a clear voice, a spirit that can speak truth and defuse tension. Someone who can hold space for bo Mashaya: the ones with stories, excuses, jokes, and charm. But also someone who can see through the noise and stay present.
You don’t need cannabis knowledge.
You don’t need a CV.
You need presence, and the willingness to serve people with care.

I’ll continue focusing on cultivation, education, and building our systems. You’ll help build and hold the people side: engagement, light admin, deliveries, club support, or even storytelling and content. That depends on your gifts.
